How do I download and use the free trial?
Click here for our download page. After the file has completed downloading, double-click on it - the wizard will walk you though the installation process.
Do I need to enter credit card information when downloading the free trial?
No - you don't need to enter credit card information to download the trial. However, you will be asked to enter your credit card information during the installation of NeverLoseData™ Online Backup. After 30 days, if you have not contacted us to cancel, your credit card will be charged the regular monthly subscription rate.
Is the free trial version of NeverLoseData™ Online Backup the same as what I would purchase?
Yes, except the trial period is limited to 30 days and a maximum of 250 Megabytes storage.

After 30 days, if you have not cancelled your account, we will begin charging your credit card the regular monthly subscription rate.
